The restaurant in a central, prime location has a long-standing history.

The gastronomy premises are fully fitted out and can be put into operation immediately.

The conceptual layout of the operation is striking: from the central kitchen the dining rooms, main restaurant, Stübli (cozy dining room) and terrace can be served ideally.

The restaurant offers the following areas:

- Restaurant: 80 m², up to 50 seats
- Stübli: 35 m², up to 20 seats
- Hall: 75 m², up to 100 seats
- Garden restaurant: 50 m², up to 70 seats
- Bowling alley (function room) on the 1st basement: 100 m², up to 60 seats (incl. bar and men's and women's WC)
- Basement: 2 cold rooms, 3 cellars, 2 large wine cellars, laundry and drying room with Secomat

The bowling alley is currently not operational.

Bad Zurzach, widely known beyond national borders as a spa and wellness resort, is synonymous with wellbeing and health due to its mineral springs.
